  Incredibly friendly staff and great location. Only 5 minutes to Batemans bay, or less than 15 to mogo. So it's a great place for a weekend away or to visit mogo zoo. The facilities are super clean and well looked after. It's probably the cleanest place I've ever stayed. Breakfast is freshly made every day and so yummy, with the home made muffins a must. There's a salt water pool, BBQ area, hot tub, two large lounge areas, DVDs to borrow, free wifi (speed averages over 20mps easily), and more. But by far the best thing is the two dogs and two cats. The dogs LOVE playing fetch and being patted.

  Hosts were really lovely, they really try their best to make us feel really comfortable. Spa tub was lovely warm and more than enough for me and my partner. They were around should we needed any assistance during our stay. Descent size of bedroom and bathroom, indoor swimming pool was amazing. Freshly cooked breakfast to order, descent size and wide range breakfast is included with our stay at no extra cost. When we informed that my partner is vegetarian, dairy intolerant and have allergies to cat fur, they accommodate special requests very well. Room was really clean, we'd love to come back!
