  There is a slight stagnant water smell from the lake but not a deal breaker. There is room for improvement with regards to the breakfast. Needs more choice for the continental breakfast and should just have like a hot breakfast like you did on Sunday rather than having to order from the menu.

  Rooms were nice and well kept, only coffee and tea were complimentary. Great view and nice atmosphere to sit around and have a great chill out time with friends and family.

  Hotel was nice and clean with friendly staff. Good location as well. Comfy beds, however do wish had queen size rather than doubles. The showers had good pressure and instant hot water, one of my personal requirements in a hotel.

  The hotel room is very nice, modern, spacious, clean, amazing view .. I can see the wild ducks and bird from the sliding window of our hotel , the gazebo looks really romantic in the night but there's just lots of bugs or little flies whatever it is there everywhere which is I think normal cause it's near by the lake . The service is good , the pool clean .. love the pool spa. Oh! The bathroom is nicely updated. We enjoy our stay and will surely go back again nextime .

  During that 1 hour duration our guest were desperate enough to call the corps to get help, and many of us were tired and just wanted to go to bed. A good night out with friends and family were ruined by a programming fault to our room key access. This would not only be the reason why I am rating this 1, but also how unapologetic the night crew was when she finally sorted out our cards, and the rude response the next morning the receptionist gave when we complained during check out. Honestly the 200 bucks discount out of the total bill was not really a great compensation to the terrible experience of what we experienced that night, especially when all of us have a 12 hours road trip to travel the next day, many of us especially the drivers needed a good rest. By the time all of us finally had our keys sorted, it was close to 2am, and once you have accounted for all the shower time and stuff, many of us would have probably less then 5 hours of sleep.

  I understand sometimes mistakes were made, but if so there must always be a recovery option to mend that mistake, and not to let your guest feel uncomfortable and and with a loath of dissatisfaction. We will not come back here again if we can.

  We came as a group to attend a wedding hosted nearby and booked in for 2 nights (4 family room) . On the night (around 1 am) we returned from our wedding celebration, all 4 rooms of ours were found to be locked out (the key card did not work). Tried calling the night emergency bell in the reception front door but did not received any response. Waited for an hour before someone responded (who appears to still be in her nightgown and fast asleep by the looks on her face).

  Very nice hotel. The rooms are large and clean with a modern look. The bathroom is very nice and looks new, however the water from the shower floods onto bathroom floor a little as there is no door. The area is very nice and peaceful with a beautiful gazebo on the lake.

  Not a pleasant stay. Poorly cleaned, toe nail clippings and hair left in the bathroom, table & bench services sticky with drink marks not wiped down. Cancelled further nights stay & Left after one night. Reported problems to staff but yet to hear back. I don't think they care. Small rooms and bathrooms, paper thin walls, better places to stay for the price in Batemans Bay.
