  Cannot rate Paula and her team highly enough. Thank you so much for staying open for us this evening and for the care you showed for Cinnamon (the Pug). We really appreciated the urgency in care. The likelihood is you saved his eye. We were also amazed at the amount of cats and kittens you are fostering. Thank you for looking after them and finding them new homes. It's a really beautiful thing to do.

  For Christmas this year we lost our bird thanks to this vet!!!!!!!!!!!

  We took our little Griffon to this vet while on holidays. She had been coughing non stop for 24 hrs. Paula, the vet, diagnosed correctly something that was difficult to diagnose and with the correct medicine she has now recovered 3 days later. Thank you.

  Absolutely devastated! We had our parrots wings clipped on Saturday and was told that he could still fly but wont be able to get any height. We let him out in an area where he would need to gain height to get out. He flew as if the vet done nothing and flew hundreds of metres away and is now GONE. We are heart broken and didnt even recieve an apology when we called the vet to let her know. My husband hand raised Stewy and he was meant to be passed down to our little girl in years to come.
